We typically supply all materials as part of our service, benefiting from trade accounts and bulk purchasing. If you prefer to source specific items yourself, we can accommodate this with adjusted pricing.
Minor adjustments are straightforward. For more significant changes, we'll provide a revised cost and timeline before proceeding. The earlier you raise changes, the easier they are to incorporate.
Bathrooms take four to six weeks, kitchens six to eight weeks, loft conversions eight to twelve weeks, and full house renovations three to six months. Exact timing depends on project scope and any unexpected complications.
Yes, we agree working hours that suit your situation. Most clients prefer work between 8am and 5pm on weekdays, but we can adjust if needed.
Prices shown exclude VAT, which is added at the standard rate. Some renovation work on properties vacant for more than two years may qualify for reduced VAT rates—we'll advise if this applies to your project.
